    Description

    These are the curling iron and brush from the 1980 Golden Dream Barbie. The doll had "quick curl" hair, which meant the hair had fine wires in it that held shape. The brush and especially the curling iron were meant to be used to shape the hair. Iron had a small rubber band just above the handle with provided the tension needed to clamp onto Barbie's hair. See last pic.
